UWA & Delta SkyWish
Uses donated ffrequent flyer miles to provide Delta tickets to send individuals with a life threatening illness to receive medical treatment. Contact your local United Way of America office. If they do not know of this program, have them call: 1-800-892-2757, ext 285



Miles for Kids in Need
American Airlines offers one flight per patient; must be referred by a non-profit organization. Based on financial need which must be verified.

Continental Airlines offers free flight certificates for patients. Run by volunteer Bob Jack.

Angel Flight
Angel Flight is a non-profit organization of pilots and other volunteers dedicated to serving the community by arranging free private air transportation for medical patients who cannot afford to utilize normal, commercial transportation. Angel Flight also provides services to blood, organ and tissue banks.



American Organ Transplant Association
Offers fundraising assistance for pre and post transplant expenses.



Corporate Angel
Flights on corporate jets for patients. 914-328-1313



Wings of Freedom
Negotiates with all commercial airlines for the lowest cost of a ticket.

Provides information about facilities offering lodging for families and/or patients during medical treatment away from home.
